You’re tired of feeling this way— like you’re carrying a weight you can’t put down.

It feels like you’re stuck in a loop

It can feel like trauma lives just beneath the surface, quietly shaping your daily life. It might show up as sudden waves of anxiety, difficulty trusting others, or feeling disconnected from yourself.

Every step forward can feel heavy, but you don’t have to carry this alone.

Trauma therapy provides a safe, guided space to explore those patterns. Through evidence-based approaches like EMDR or CBT, you can reconnect with your inner strength, find relief from the past, and begin to build a future rooted in safety and hope.

Sound like you?

You feel disconnected from your body or emotions

You have difficulty trusting others or forming close relationships

You’re easily triggered by everyday situations

You struggle with self-worth or a sense of safety

Here’s what we’ll do together

Therapy can help create a path toward understanding and healing.

I’ll help to guide you in uncovering the stories your body and mind have carried, helping you make sense of the past so you can rediscover safety and trust in yourself.

In these sessions, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, using a combination of EMDR and attachment-focused therapy, along with CBT and traditional talk therapy. Each step will be tailored to you.

As we progress, you’ll begin to feel more in control, more connected, and more capable of moving forward with hope.

At the end of the day, I want you to know:

You are worthy of healing and peace. No matter how long you’ve carried this weight, you have the strength within you to grow beyond it.

Questions?

FAQs

  • If you’ve experienced distressing events that continue to affect your daily life, trauma therapy can help. For example, you might be experiencing flashbacks, emotional numbness, or difficulty in relationships.

  • I work with a wide range of traumas, including childhood abuse, single-incident traumas (like accidents, assaults, or shootings), and complex or ongoing stressors (like caring for a medically complex child or current spousal abuse).

  • The timeline varies for each person. Some people notice relief in a few weeks, while for others, it can take several months. Many of my clients work with me for at least 6 months if we are addressing long-standing or complex trauma, and then we begin to taper sessions as symptoms subside.
