reconnect with yourself and others
Attachment-Focused therapy in Temecula, California
You’re tired of feeling like no matter how hard you try, you can’t quite connect the way you want to.
IT’S LIKE YOU CAN NEVER LET YOUR GUARD DOWN.
You might feel stuck in a cycle—longing for deeper connection but holding back out of fear. These patterns aren’t your fault. They were shaped in childhood, but they don’t have to define you.
Attachment-focused therapy helps you uncover these roots, so you can begin to build trust, safety, and deeper bonds in your life.
Sound like you?
You feel anxious in close relationships
You second-guess whether others truly care about you
You pull away when things get close
You often feel unseen or misunderstood
I’ll help you in identifying the patterns that keep you stuck, and we’ll work to understand them in order to build deeper trust and connection.
Here’s what we’ll do together
Attachment-focused therapy can help create new ways of relating that feel safe and fulfilling.
In these sessions, we’ll begin by creating a safe, supportive space where you can share at your own pace. We’ll explore how early relationships shaped your sense of security, and work to build new, healthier relational patterns.
In our work together, you’ll begin to feel more secure in your connections, more confident in expressing your needs, and more at ease with yourself and others.
At the end of the day, I want you to know:
You are worthy of relationships that feel safe and real… and that’s something we can work on together.
What we’ll work on
Imagine a life where…
You feel safe in close relationships
You can express your needs openly without fear
You experience genuine trust and security with others
You feel seen and valued for who you truly are
Your journey to connection begins here.
Your journey to connection begins here.

FAQs
-
Attachment-focused therapy helps you understand how your earliest relationships shaped the way you connect, trust, and protect yourself today. Through safe, guided exploration, we work together to heal those early wounds and build the kind of secure, lasting bonds you deserve.
-
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) helps you process the painful relational experiences that shaped how you attached to others— the moments that left you feeling unsafe, unworthy, or alone. Rather than just talking about those experiences, EMDR helps your brain actually process and release them, making room for new, healthier ways of connecting.

Healing at this depth takes time, and that’s okay. This isn’t the kind of work where you’ll feel “fixed” in six sessions (and I’d be doing you a disservice to suggest otherwise). Most of the people I work with are in it for the longer term because the patterns we’re addressing took years to form. That said, many people begin to feel a shift in how they relate to themselves and others within the first few months. We’ll always move at a pace that feels right for you.
